This album was recorded during the mid 90s in my bedroom 4 track studio in London Ontario Canada while I was working full time as a chef (I have my red seal Canadian papers). So either I was cooking in the big hotel and restaurant kitchens or I was cooking on the bass, guitar, guitar synth, vocals, drum machine and cassette multitrack recorder. Also I was playing bass in a cover band and also played guitar in an original local band. Curiously I didn't have enough confidence in my own abilities to really get out there and promote myself to the degree I should have.
